The Georgia Coalition for Environmental Policy and Protection is a coalition of organizations dedicated to cementing the practice of equal protection from and response to environmental harms and hazards. We advocate for equal enforcement of laws and of mitigation measures and for expanded protections to prevent future harm. We partner with state agencies, local governments, communities, and industries to promote healthy and sustainable communities.
What we do: We host convenings, working groups, and advocacy days. We work with communities and policy makers. We research and identify best-practices to ensure transparency and equal protection for all.
